Time Availability 

VICTORY range hood support is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. Our 24/7 virtual assistant can be reached at 1-800-394-4020 anytime of the day to check your order status, create a support ticket, or receive assistance on selecting the right range hood for your project.

Phone Support

Any time during our opening hours we will have available sales personnel to assist with any inquiries. We can assist with payments over the phone, recommendations for range hoods, to installation/product questions you may have. Though there's lots we can assist with over the phone, we can not assist with everything this way. Any replacement parts requests or warranty claims must be done via our ticketing system located here.

What if there's no answer?

If there's no answer when you call us this is most likely due to high volumes in calls, meaning all phone lines are in use. At that point, you will be placed in a queue for the next sales representative to assist you. You will be provided with options to wait for the next available sales representative or to receive a call back. If your call is taking place after hours, please provide a voicemail with your inquiry, name, and phone number to receive a call back when staff is available. 

The callback number came from the US?

When receiving a call back from our sales team or customer support, you may see on your phone line a number that is not based in Canada. This is simply because our callback system is US based. Rest assured, you are receiving a legitimate callback from Victory Range Hoods.

Chat Support

 If you're in a loud room or prefer typing to speaking with someone from our sales team, this option is ready available for you directly on our website. Our live chat systems are technically live 24/7, however you will only be able to get assistance from a human sales representative during the opening times provided in the beginning of this article. Otherwise, our live chat AI will be more than happy to assist you! 

The AI didn't answer my question

If the AI was unable to assist you please understand our AI chat is constantly updating! If the chat AI didn't have the answers you needed then you've already helped it know for the next customer! This being said, even when the AI can not assist you, it will take down your email and your name, providing the question and any additional information to the next available sales personnel.

 If you have questions or concerns but you do not have the time to be in a call or a live chat then you're free to email us any questions or concerns you may have to Info@victoryrangehoods.com. Emailing our Victory team is the best way to receive assistance for any situation you run into. 

Can I purchase via email?

Of course! We at Victory range hoods are more than happy to assist you with finding the best range hood for your installation, providing any parts required (must be covered under warranty) or providing a invoice for the range hood of interest directly to your email. This invoice will have a pay now option that will take you to a secure site for purchase!
