Where can i find replacement parts?

• Some replacement parts can be located on the website. To receive a replacement part, a ticket can be created by emailing support@victoryrangehoods.com

What is the temperature of the LED bulbs? 

• The temperature of the LED bulbs are rated for 3000k which is a warm lighting. 

What is the cost of a smaller capacitor?

• The typical pricing for this part is $39.00 + shipping and handling.

Do I require a order number to receive replacement parts?

• The order number is required so we can determine the warranty that was provided with your purchase. Without the order number replacement parts can still be provided so long as you have the model name and you know what part you need. This part will have to be purchased without the order information. 

Are the duct covers included with the purchase of a range hood?

• All of our wall mounted range hoods come with 2 adjustable covers that can reach from 8' to 9' ceilings. If you have above 9' ceilings you will require extension duct covers. 

When i purchase the duct cover extensions with a range hood will i get 4 duct covers?

• No, if you purchase a duct cover extension with the purchase of a range hood the standard duct covers will be replaced with the extension pieces being purchased. The reason for this is because the ducting covers due not stack. Only 2 pieces can be connected to each other and to the range hood in question.

If the information is not on the website how do I find the color of the lights?

• For every range hoods website listing, if you scroll down you will see PDF user manual. This user manual will have all information in regards to installation of the range hood in question to the electrical wiring and rating of lights.

Can I receive replacement parts without going through the 3rd party seller i purchased through. 

• All replacement parts required for a range hood that was purchased from a 3rd party seller must contact the 3rd party seller in question. Unfortunately, this is the process for purchasing from another seller. You go to them, they come to us, and we send them the part required leading to you receiveing the part from them. If the order is past 90 days, contact us directly at warranty@victoryrangehoods.com

What size of screws are required for the installation of my hood?

• The size of the screws used for installing our range hoods can be located inside of the PDF user manual located on the range hoods website listing. Or from the physical manual in the box. 

Can I get the roof cap or wall cap for free with the purchase of a larger range hood?

• No, wall caps and roof caps are a separate purchase. However, if you purchase the wall cap or roof cap with a range hood you won't have to pay shipping for the wall or roof cap in question.
