How long should a range hood typically last?

• Victory brand range hoods should last you at least 5 - 10 years. Depending on the how well taken care of the range hood is in its time, will widely contribute to the longevity of your range hood. 

What is the life span on a mesh filter?

• Similar to the range hood itself, the mesh filters if taken care of will last you quite some time. Typically replacement is recommended every two years. However, when taken care of and kept in good condition they can last you longer than this.  

What is the average noise levels of your range hoods?

• Noise levels may vary depending on a few variables. The size of the hood, the power of the motor, the way it's installed can all play a part to how loud your range hood will be. This being said our range hoods are typically rated around 1 sone on the first fan speed and gradually increase to around 6 or 7 sones on the highest fan speed.

How do i know if a unit is damaged from shipping or from the factory?

• In the facility our range hoods are tested 3 times before they're allowed to leave the building. We can 100% guarantee that any range hood that leaves the facility was in good factory condition before reaching the couriers' hands. Even our dented listings come with brand new parts to make sure it's in a factory state despite the outer shell's imperfections

What are the reasons for negative feedback from customers?

• Any negative feedback being viewed will usually be outlined on the review for the reasonings. this being said our team always responds either to the review or in a personal email to resolve any questions or issues a customer may be having. Is it normal for the filters to vibrate a bit during testing before installation?

• Yes, if the unit is rotated on its side during the testing. The filters may vibrate slightly. Once the unit is installed and the filters are flat, your baffles should no longer make any noise.

How reliable is the packaging to ensure for safe delivery?

• Victory range hoods uses specialized packaging designed for the specific products to ensure safe delivery and minimize the risk of shipping damage.
