My order has not shipped yet, how come?
New orders can take 1-3 business days to ship. Once picked up from our location, it can take 48 hours or sometimes up to 72 hours for the first tracking update to show up on the courier website.
Why does it take so long for the first scan to show up on the tracking details?
Sometimes, items are shipped on pallets and are not scanned until reaching the initial courier hub for sorting and distribution.
Will the courier call me for the delivery of LTL items?
For large items on pallets that are shipped with Freight / LTL, the courier will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
Will UPS contact me before delivery?
No, because the tracking details provide regular updates. It is the customer's responsibility to check the tracking details and be available for the delivery date(s).
