Within 30 Days of Delivery

Within the first 30 days of delivery if you are missing any small parts or require replacement parts, our team can send those free of charge. Make sure to email us with your order number.

After 30 Days of Delivery

After the initial return period of 30 days, missing parts claims may not be valid. If you have any warranty claims, email warranty@victoryrangehoods.com with your order number.

In some cases, it might be possible to make exceptions to these policies, but it is all on a case by case basis.
