Types of metal rings for GU10 bulbs

There are two main types of rings:

1. Metal rings without any slots
   • This consists of an outer ring and an inner ring for each light bulb
2. Metal rings with slotted inner ring
   • This consists of an outer ring and a slotted inner ring for each light bulb

How to access GU10 bulbs for replacement

If your metal rings are Style #1 without slots:

Please refer to this document for instructions on replacing these types of bulbs. Please note, a light tool is not required as a flat-head screwdriver can be used if one is not present.

Warranty coverage

Metal light rings are generally covered for 5 years under the parts warranty. Verify your warranty coverage by reviewing your owner's manual.

Requirements for a warranty claim:

1. Valid Order Number or Receipt as Proof of Purchase
2. Verification that the order is from less than 5 years ago
3. Photos of the metal rings in order to determine the generation
4. An email must be sent to warranty@victoryrangehoods.com with all documents
