The purpose of this article is to assist with determining if your light dimmer is broken, as well as the replacement process of the light dimmer and how to obtain parts under warranty or purchase a new light dimmer switch.
Troubleshooting steps
- Determine if the black shaft on your light dimmer has broken; if so, email our team photos
- Provide your Order Number or Receipt to gain parts under warranty
- If your unit is outside of the warranty or you don't have a receipt, you can purchase the parts

How to replace the light dimmer
If you need to replace your light dimmer, please follow the instructions below:
- Unscrew the front metal panel (or access plate)
- Pry off the old light dimmer and disconnect it from wiring (it will be attached with double-sided tape)
- Wire the new light dimmer
- Re-attach the new light dimmer using the included double-sided tape
- Screw on your front metal panel (or access plate)
- Test the new dimmer to ensure it is functioning correctly
